MCL sprain expected to cost Packers’ Jordan Love multiple weeks

The Packers’ Jordan Love suffered an MCL sprain

The Green Bay Packers lost more than a game in Brazil.

According to multiple reports on Saturday, quarterback Jordan Love suffered an MCL sprain late in the loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.

Love was seen earlier Saturday getting of the team plane gingerly as it returned from Sao Paulo.

The play on the final drive of the game when Love was injured.

Malik Willis is the backup quarterback for Green Bay. He was in on a couple of plays after the injury to Love. He threw and incompletion and was sacked on the final play of the game.

The Packers play the Colts, then are at the Titans, before facing the Vikings in an NFC North clash.

Willis was drafted by the Titans and spent two years with Tennessee before being dealt to Green Bay.
