Swinney shares injury updates.

Clemson is turning its attention to Saturday’s home opener against Appalachian State, and they’re in a good place injury-wise. After the 34-3 loss to Georgia, head coach Dabo Swinney shared some encouraging news on the health front, noting that the team came out of the game unscathed.

“We went into it very healthy, and we’re coming out of it healthy,” Swinney said, expressing optimism despite the tough start to the season. One of the key updates was on starting left guard Marcus Tate, who left the Georgia game with an injury but has been cleared and is expected to be fine.

With their sights set on bouncing back, Clemson will take the field at Memorial Stadium on Saturday at 8 p.m. ET, eager to show they can recover from last week’s setback.
