Michigan State football picked up a season-opening win over Florida Atlantic on Friday night. But it wasn’t impressive.
The Spartans needed multiple key late-game defensive stops to hold onto a 16-10 victory over the Owls. Friday night’s victory was the first for new head coach Jonathan Smith at Michigan State.
