Caleb Williams’ youth football loss still motivates him

Caleb Williams has a long memory, and an awareness which fuels his competitive fire.

Caleb Williams talked to NBC host Maria Taylor about a loss in youth football that made him switch to quarterback and motivated him to be the best.

The former USC Trojans signal caller also discusses his favorite moment at USC. He relived the emotions of being selected No. 1 by the Chicago Bears in the NFL draft.

The Bears’ quarterback was able to share what pushes him to achieve his dream of being the greatest, and the many stories behind his nails.

The Chicago Bears begin their 2024 NFL regular season on Sunday, Sept. 8 against the Tennessee Titans. The game starts at noon in Chicago, 10 a.m. in Los Angeles for the USC fans eagerly awaiting Caleb’s NFL debut. The preseason has featured a number of eye-popping highlights, but those are exhibition games which do not count in the standings and do not feature elite competition between two units of NFL starters. September brings the regular season and the fury of an NFL Sunday. If Caleb Williams can stand strong in the face of pressure and deliver something special for the Bears, the people of Chicago will remember and treasure him for a long time.
