Caleb Williams publicity can be a burden or a catalyst

Caleb Williams needs to turn the media microscope into fuel for improvement.

On the newest episode of ” Pardon My Take” on Barstool Sports, the crew interviewed Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams to talk about his first NFL training camp, winning the Heisman, re-writing Bears history, the difference between cocky and confident, and tons more.

Bears Wire noted this about Caleb Williams:

The Chicago Bears know that they have a wonderful human being playing quarterback for them in No. 1 pick Caleb Williams. His personality is incredible and everyone around him seems to like him.

Bears fans are going to gravitate to Williams for a long time. If he is a good player, he will have the keys to the city. Becoming a star quarterback in the NFL is one thing, but in a city like Chicago, where there has never been one, it would be extra special.

During Thursday night’s preseason finale against the Kansas City Chiefs, cameras caught Williams going up to a young fan in the stands and hugging her from down on the field. Later, the young girl was seen crying with excitement.

Caleb Williams is immersed in media publicity. He needs to make this attention a positive force, rather than something which weighs him down.
