The college football season starts this weekend, with a few games during Week 0, but one of the biggest games of the first full slate is Notre Dame visiting Texas A&M.
The Irish and Aggies are going through transition periods. The visitors are breaking in a new quarterback, Riley Leonard. The home team has a new staff with a familiar face, Mike Elko.
Even with all of that change, both teams are ranked inside the Top 25 and create a must-watch game. ESPN is well aware that many eyes will be on this contest and on Tuesday announced its broadcast crew of Chris Fowler, Kirk Herbstreit and Holly Rowe, it’s “A” team.
Chris Fowler, Kirk Herbstreit and Holly Rowe will have the call on ABC for Notre Dame-Texas A&M next Saturday, Aug. 31.
Herbstreit, Rowe and Rece Davis will call LSU-USC on ESPN the following night in Las Vegas.

It’s not at all surprising ESPN will be going all out for this game. It is a prime-time game during the first full weekend of college football.
In a move that is completely coincidental, Notre Dame radio announced its two new voices, so you’ll have options.
