Michigan International Speedway is next for the NASCAR Cup Series, and Joe Gibbs Racing will lead the field to the green flag. [autotag]Denny Hamlin[/autotag] won the pole for the FireKeepers Casino 400 at Michigan this weekend. Tyler Reddick will join Hamlin on the front row for Sunday evening’s event. This occurred as NASCAR was forced to cancel qualifying due to inclement weather that soaked the race track.

Christopher Bell and Tyler Reddick will follow the two drivers on the second row. Most notably, Chase Briscoe, Alex Bowman, Austin Cindric, Martin Truex Jr., and Noah Gragson all qualified 20th or worse for Sunday’s event. Needless to say, these drivers didn’t want to see NASCAR cancel qualifying on Saturday afternoon.
