Former LSU defensive back [autotag]Grant Delpit[/autotag] comes in at the No. 7 spot in On3’s list of the top 10 alumni from [autotag]IMG Academy[/autotag] ranked by how highly they were taken in the NFL draft.

Delpit was taken with the 44th pick in the second round of the 2020 NFL draft by the Cleveland Browns. Since joining the Browns, Delpit has become one of their best players as he starts at safety for them. He has played in 45 games over three years with the team and has made 222 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss and six interceptions.

While at LSU, Delpit was a three-year starter and played in 40 games for the Tigers. He finished his career with 199 tackles, 17.5 tackles for loss, seven sacks, two forced fumbles and eight interceptions.

Delpit was on his way to his best season with the Browns last year, leading the team with 77 tackles after 13 games, but then his season was derailed by a groin injury. Hopefully, he will have an incredible 2024.
