The 2024 season will be a big one in the SEC. Not only is the league expanding to 16 teams with the highly anticipated additions of Texas and Oklahoma, but it also has the chance to get several teams in the College Football Playoff, which also expands to 12 teams this fall.
There’s a lot of excitement around the conference, and on Monday, ESPN added to it. The SEC Network released its anthem for the upcoming college football season, which features a Luke Combs cover of the Tom Petty hit “Runnin’ Down a Dream.”

We’re now less than two weeks away from the start of the season in Week 0, and LSU’s season-opener against USC in Las Vegas is just under three weeks away.
