Four-star combo guard includes UNC basketball in top 10

This in-state recruiting target has listed the UNC basketball program in his top 10.

Hubert Davis and the North Carolina Tar Heels’ received some good news on a four-star recruiting target they recently offered.

During the last evaluation period, the Tar Heels were impressed with four-star combo guard Isaiah Denis, extending an offer to him. And now, they are taking a step forward in his recruitment.

Dennis has cut his list of 25 offers down to a top 10 list as he will focus on North Carolina, Kansas, Cincinnati, Michigan, Miami, Mississippi State, Ohio State, Pittsburgh, Wake Forest, and Tennessee. The Davidson, North Carolina native will move forward with those programs and set up visits as his senior year of high school is set to being.

For North Carolina, that’s great news, especially getting involved late and offering in July.

The 6-foot-5, 165-pound Denis is ranked No. 41 nationally, the No. 8. combo guard and No. 2 player in the state of North Carolina per the 247Sports recruiting rankings.

North Carolina has yet to land a commitment in either the 2025 or 2026 classes so Hubert Davis and his staff would love to get on the board with a big commitment. Let’s see if they can eventually land Denis as his recruitment goes on.
