Welcome to the final day of July! When August arrives, we will see football, football and more football. The UCLA Bruins are looking to get to action and show they are ready to take on the challenge of the Big Ten Conference in their first season.
Today, we want to discuss the number 31 on the UCLA Bruins football roster. The roster for DeShaun Foster certainly can change between now and the end of the month. But, for now, our 31 is Deshun Murrell.
Another running back. The 5’11, 200lbs redshirt junior out of Bibb County High School in Brent Alabama. Murrell played just one game during the 2022 season, and that was against Alabama State. In that game, he rushed the ball six times for 34 yards.

The four-star recruit is another guy who will have his work cut out to get on the field on August 31st against Hawaii. The running back room is very talented for Coach Foster’s squad.
