Every Notre Dame fan seemingly wants their team to have a pass-heavy offense to keep up with football in the 21st century. But let’s not diminish the importance of running the football still. If anything, the Irish really seem to understand this, and they have a great coach in charge of that unit.
[autotag]Deland McCullough[/autotag] is entering his second season as Irish running backs coach. That’s good news if one takes what Big Game Boomer, social media’s resident college football list maker, at face value. The reason for that is he just unveiled his list of the top running backs coaches in the sport, and McCullough clocks in at third:

McCullough saw his top pupil from last year, [autotag]Audric Estime[/autotag], graduate to the NFL. But he still has a full room led by [autotag]Jeremiyah Love[/autotag] and [autotag]Jadarian Price[/autotag]. Irish fans are waiting to see how much he can get out of them and the rest of his guys in 2024.
