Tackle Jayden Clark possibly still an option for Kentucky football

Tackle Jayden Clark could be open to visiting Kentucky football this fall.

The recruitment of offensive tackle Jayden Clark by Kentucky football has been an interesting one. He was set to visit the Wildcats this summer, but canceled his visit amid a flurry of other offensive line visits during the month.

However, it seems as though the relationship isn’t completely severed. Clark was in Lexington for an unofficial visit recently, and seems receptive to continuing to converse with Kentucky coaches.

Clark is an offensive lineman in the 2025 class and rated three stars by 247sports. He is likely to play guard at the college level, and he’s currently the number 62 interior lineman in the class. He’s a top 1000 player overall.

Clark told catspause.com (subscription required) that he was surprised to hear from Kentucky offensive line coach Eric Wolford. With the relationship re-opened, Clark could now be coming for another visit this fall.

Coach Mark Stoops and his staff have worked very hard to build a quality offensive line, and are certainly looking for players who can be future starters. It sounds like they still like Clark, and it looks like Clark might be still open to the Wildcats.
