Netflix to release documentary on Michigan sign stealing scandal

Netflix is set to release three new editions of its UNTOLD documentary series including one story regarding a Big Ten program.

On Monday, Netflix announced the upcoming release of three new additions to their UNTOLD documentary series.

Previous editions of the UNTOLD series took a look at key events such as the Malice at the Palace, Manti Teo’s girlfriend controversy, the Tim Donaghy NBA betting scandal, the rise and fall of Johnny Manizel, The BALCO scandal, and a look at the Florida Gators football program under head coach Urban Meyer.

In total, over three seasons, Netflix has released 13 documentaries.

Of the new additions to the series, one has Big Ten ties.

On August 27, Netflix will release “Sign Stealer”, regarding Michigan‘s sign stealing scandal of 2023. That being said, what makes “Sign Stealer” unique is that the documentary will be from the point of view of the man fn the middle of the scandal himself, Connor Stallions.

Also being released in the near future is a documentary about the Murder of former NFL quarterback Steve McNair and the ups and downs of legendary United States women’s soccer goalkeeper Hope Solo.
