Eagles land in top 5 of a three-year future power rankings projection for all 32 NFL teams

ESPN says the Philadelphia Eagles have the NFL’s fifth best three-year projection

After a disappointing finish to the 2023 season, the Philadelphia Eagles regrouped, retooled their roster and coaching staff, and now sit among the NFL’s top six elite teams heading into 2024.

Eagles GM Howie Roseman has built a competitive roster full of dynamic young talent and All-Pro skill players.

ESPN recently revealed their annual three-year future power rankings projections for all 32 NFL teams, and thanks to Jalen Hurts and one of the league’s top skill groups, Philadelphia landed inside the top five at No. 5 on the list.

Jalen Hurts turns 26 next month, and despite last season’s late collapse, he has shown plenty of reason to believe he can be the guy he was in 2022, when the Eagles went to the Super Bowl. Under GM Howie Roseman, Philadelphia also rebuilt the secondary in the draft, and all those young Georgia defensive players that it drafted in 2022 and 2023 should only keep getting better.

The only concern is the coaching staff’s inconsistency, and only the Chiefs, Ravens, Bills, and Lions had a more positive outlook going forward.
