John Harbaugh believes Lamar Jackson will be greatest QB ever

John Harbaugh has high, high hopes for Lamar Jackson

John Harbaugh believes in Lamar Jackson. Baltimore’s coach believes the bar is higher for the Ravens quarterback than any quarterback. Not in franchise history. In NFL history.

“The vision that we have together is that Lamar Jackson is going to become and be known and be recognized as the greatest quarterback ever to play in the history of the National Football League,” Harbaugh said, via the team’s website. “That’s the vision. It’s going to happen by Lamar, his work ethic and his brilliant talent, by all of us pouring into that effort together as a team, and by the grace of God and God’s good will. That’s how it’s going to happen. And I believe it like we’ve already seen it.”

Harbaugh believes Jackson is “still growing.” He is going to have to have some kind of growth spurt to reach the accolades his coach gave him.

Jackson has thrown for almost 16,000 yards and rushed for 5,200 more in six seasons since being taken in the first round of the NFL draft. His playoff record, though, is only 2-4.
