Ravens running back Derrick Henry reportedly puts around $240,000 per year into body maintenance

The Baltimore Ravens signed running back Derrick Henry to a two-year, $16 million deal on the second day of free agency. Hopefully, He will add to Baltimore’s already dominant running game and have a significant impact in other areas.

Henry has been dominant over his eight-year NFL career and has done much to achieve greatness. In an article by Dan Pompei of The Athletic, Henry’s financial advisor indicated that the running back spends around $240,000 on maintaining his body annually.

Despite being 30 years old, Henry is in peak physical shape, led by his intense body routine. It bodes well for what he can do in the later stages of his career, with little to no signs of slowing down.
