Video: Is Paddy Pimblett’s future outside MMA after UFC 304?

Paddy Pimblett is heading into a crucial time in his MMA career – and said he might have a future in boxing.

[autotag]Paddy Pimblett[/autotag] is heading into a crucial time in his MMA career.

After Pimblett (21-3 MMA, 5-0 UFC) takes on longtime lightweight Bobby Green (32-15-1 MMA, 13-10-1 UFC) next week at UFC 304 in Manchester in front of his home fans in England, his first UFC contract will be up.

A win over Green would have the former Cage Warriors champion at 6-0 in the UFC – which is fairly rarified air to begin with. But “The Baddy” recently told MMA Junkie that the potential is there for him to leave the UFC for boxing fights against YouTube influencers – apparently to make more money than he would in the UFC.

What are the odds Pimblett bails on the UFC – or even MMA entirely – for the en vogue career change to boxing? MMA Junkie’s “Spinning Back Clique” panel of Brian “Goze” Garcia, Mike Bohn and host “Gorgeous” George Garcia discussed that on the latest episode of the show.
