As the Summer months continue to heat up, Hubert Davis and the North Carolina Tar Heels basketball program are identifying top targets in their 2025 class.
The program has yet to land a commitment from any recruit in the 2025 class but are starting to make some positive strides with recruits. They already made the top 8 for combo guard Acaden Lewis and now another recruiting target is set to trim his list down.
Indiana native Braylon Mullins earned an offer from North Carolina back in May and has a total of 31 offers in his recruitment. It appears as if he is ready to now cut his list down.
In an interview with League Ready, Mullins said he will drop a top 9 or top 10 after the Adidas 3SSB Palmetto Road Championship in Rock Hill:
“I’m dropping a top nine, top 10, after Rock Hill, so that’ll be exciting for me,” Mullins said. “But I have eight officials set up right now. We’ll see how that goes. I just need to see some places in person.”
Mullins does have a visit set to North Carolina for September 14th, one of eight visits he will take. After that, he could look to make a commitment before the early signing period, especially if things progress in his recruitment.
The recruit is ranked No. 23 nationally, the No. 5 shooting guard and No. 3 player in the state of Indiana per the 247Sports recruiting rankings for the 2025 class.
