Who is San Antonio Spurs rookie forward Harrison Ingram? Harrison Claiborne Ingram was born in Dallas, Texas on November 27, 2002, and went to high school at his hometown St. Mark’s School of Texas, where he was named a McDonald’s All-American.

Ingram was recruited by and would elect to play for Stanford, where he played between 2021 and 2023 before transferring to the University of North Carolina. Eschewing his final year of collegiate eligibility, the Dallas native entered the 2024 NBA draft, where he was selected by the Spurs’ front office with the No. 48 overall pick of the draft. He has since made a strong impression on Spurs fans in the NBA’s 2024 California Classic Summer League, where he has shined alongside lottery pick Stephon Castle.
