The Boston Celtics are not resting after winning the long-coveted Banner 18, and have gone to work bringing back core members of the team while adding a pair of new draft picks to it as well. To talk over the Celtics roster that Boston’s front office hopes will deliver Banner 19, Celtics exec Austin Ainge spoke to reporters on this past Monday (July 8).

Talking to the media ahead of the start of the NBA’s 2024 Las Vegas Summer League, Ainge spoke about the Celtics’ recently-re-signed free agents taking less money to stay with the team to compete for another title. He also discussed their new draft picks, Baylor Scheierman and Anton Watson.
