Michigan football obtained its 14th and 15th commitments to the 2025 class within hours of each other on Monday with the pledges of Central Valley (Pennsylvania) Southern Lehigh four-star tight end Andrew Olesh and Notre Dame flip Winter Garden (Florida) West Orange four-star safety Ivan Taylor.
Olesh is the Wolverines’ second tight end commitment of the cycle, joining three-star Eli Owens in the class. Taylor is the second safety pledge, as well; he joins four-star Kainoa Winston.
With these two pledges, Michigan football has moved up significantly in some of the recruiting services’ eyes.

Olesh is the program’s fourth-highest pledge according to 247Sports and the 247Sports composite, the second-highest via the On3 industry ranking and the highest-rated according to On3’s proprietary rankings.
Taylor is Michigan’s highest-rated recruit according to 247Sports and second-highest on the 247Sports composite. He’s the second-highest rated on the On3 industry ranking and third according to On3’s own rankings.
