Wisconsin top remaining defensive line target Drayden Pavey announced his commitment to Purdue on Tuesday.
The Cincinnati, Ohio native chooses the Boilermakers over the Wisconsin Badgers and Indiana Hoosiers. His decision comes after visiting the three programs on June 7, June 14 and June 21 respectively.

Pavey is ranked by 247Sports as the No. 1,128 player in the class of 2025, No. 110 defensive lineman and No. 46 recruit from the state of Ohio. He is commitment No. 10 for Purdue in the class of 2025. The Boilermakers’ group currently ranks No. 66 in the nation and No. 18 — dead last — in the new Big Ten.

Pavey was one of Wisconsin’s remaining top targets in the class. The Badgers appeared to be one of his top suitors, though things may have taken a turn after the program landed three-star DL Wilnerson Telemaque.
Wisconsin remains in strong standing in the class of 2025 after landing four-star iOL Hardy Watts on Monday. The Badgers’ class of 2025 currently sits No. 15 in the nation with 22 players committed — two of whom play defensive line (Telemaque and three-star Torin Pettaway).
