A four-star wide receiver has announced his commitment date. Cortez Mills will make his official announcement on July 1st.
Mills is a 6-foot-1, 170-pound wide receiver from Homestead High School out of Homestead, Florida. Last season, he made 53 catches in 11 games for 1,136 yards and two touchdowns.
He told the On3 network that he’s ready to make his announcement on Monday.
“I will announce my commitment on July 1. It is down to those five schools I took official visits to, and I will commit to one soon.”
The prospect has already visited Nebraska officially and made trips to Clemson, Florida, LSU, and Oklahoma. Miami had been viewed as a favorite for some time, but with the Hurricanes failing to make the final five, it’s anyone’s guess as to where Mills will commit.
