Should the Boston Celtics take Boston College big man Quinten Post in the 2024 NBA draft with their No. 54 overall pick? A center who intrigues for more than just his local ties, as a true 7-footer with a good outside shot (he hit 43.1% of his shots from beyond the arc at the NCAA level this season), Post can pass the ball well and protect the rim as well.

Weighing in at close to 245 lbs., he is not a wispy center, either. At age 25, he doesn’t have a ton of room to grow as a player. But he already has a solid floor in terms of skill set, and could likely play as a third big with a little seasoning with rotation upside.

The hosts of the CLNS Media “How Bout Them Celtics!” podcast, Jack Simone and Sam LaFrance, took a closer look at his game ahead of the second round of the draft this Thursday. Take a look at the clip embedded below to hear what they had to say.
