[autotag]Joe Gibbs Racing[/autotag] had a pretty good weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Christopher Bell swept the NASCAR Cup and Xfinity Series races while revealing who will drive the No. 19 Cup car for Joe Gibbs Racing in 2025. Well, the second point was an accident, but the NASCAR organization seems ready to reveal the news.
On Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. ET, Joe Gibbs Racing will reveal the driver of the No. 19 car for the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season. According to Bell, Chase Briscoe, or “Chase,” is expected to be the new driver replacing Martin Truex Jr. next year. Briscoe drives for Stewart-Haas Racing but is forced to find a new team after the organization announced its plans to shut down following 2024.
The driver of the No. 14 car is close friends with Bell, and it appears that many are excited about the announcement. This is a significant career move for Briscoe, who will likely join one of NASCAR’s powerhouse teams in the Cup Series. Briscoe couldn’t have asked for a better situation, as he is expected to be named the new Joe Gibbs Racing driver for the No. 19 car on Tuesday.
