Lionel Messi and Co. continue preparations for the Copa America with a friendly in Chicago

Argentina and Ecuador will face off in a friendly on Sunday night, as both teams continue preparing for the Copa América.

Lionel Messi and Co. are looking to repeat as champions, having defeated Brazil in Rio de Janeiro in the 2021 final.

This time around, the tournament will take place in the United States, and will feature six guest teams from Concacaf in addition to 10 South American teams.

Argentina has been drawn into Group A of the Copa América, and will face Peru, Chile and Canada. Ecuador, meanwhile, is in Group B alongside Mexico, Venezuela and Jamaica.
