Ziesmer is a 6’2″, 257 lb defensive lineman out of Danville, Kentucky. He was a member of the 2023 recruiting class, and rated three stars. Rivals listed him as a top five player in the state.

As a Freshman, last year, Ziesmer ended up taking a redshirt season. He did appear in two games and recorded a sack. The 2024 roster is packed with experience along the defensive front, so getting a lot of snaps might be tough, but his potential could get him on the field next year. Going forward, though, he could be a big part of the 2025 team.
