NASCAR arrived at Darlington Raceway and put on a show last weekend. Tyler Reddick won the first two stages but caused an accident with leader Chris Buescher in the closing laps of the event. The accident caused Reddick and Buescher to finish in the 30s, and it produced a first-time winner during the 2024 NASCAR season.
At the end of the night, Brad Keselowski beat Ty Gibbs for his first win of the 2024 season, snapping a 110-race winless streak dating back to 2021. After a slight overview of the notable moments, here are the NASCAR TV ratings following the Goodyerar 400 at Darlington.
Didn't see anyone tweet about this but Darlington got 2.632mil viewers. 2% drop from last year. Slightly up since 2022 but that was up against F1. #NASCAR pic.twitter.com/NwNC9rYalE

NASCAR and FOX Sports 1 earned 2.632 million average viewers for the Goodyear 400 at Darlington, down roughly 2% from the 2023 event. This is similar to what happened at Kansas last week, as NASCAR suffered a 2% dip in viewership. Overall, the viewership produced in 2024 has been positive and should continue moving forward.
Now, the Cup Series is focusing its attention on North Wilkesboro Speedway, as the 2024 All-Star Race weekend will soon be underway.
