The NASCAR Cup Series is gearing up for “Throwback Weekend” at Darlington Raceway. Hendrick Motorsports has stolen the spotlight with three amazing throwback schemes but 23XI Racing is ready to throw their hat in the ring. On Thursday morning, MoneyLion revealed the throwback paint scheme for the No. 45 car.
[autotag]Tyler Reddick[/autotag] will run a throwback paint scheme that honors Tim Richmond’s No. 29 car from Daytona International Speedway in 1982. It’s an iconic paint scheme that looks close to the original on the No. 45 car. Overall, Reddick’s new paint scheme for his entry does a great job of honoring Richmond’s iconic look in 1982.

Reddick will also have an excellent opportunity to bring the paint scheme to victory lane, as he has been very good at Darlington. The 23XI Racing driver has three top-3 finishes in the last four Darlington races and led 90 laps in the 2023 Southern 500. Reddick has shown a lot of speed at the venue and should be a favorite to bring his throwback scheme to the winner’s circle.
