Notre Dame and LSU might not play very often in just about any sport but that doesn’t mean the Tigers don’t hold a special place of dislike in many Irish hearts.
Top-seeded Iowa and megastar Caitlin Clark took on reigning national champion LSU for a spot in the 2024 Final Four on Monday night. The game had nothing to do with Notre Dame whatsoever but Fighting Irish fans from all over were more than happy to root for the black and yellow of the Hawkeyes for a night.
