Where will UCLA star Laiatu Latu get drafted? There is no question the Bruins EDGE will be a first-round pick, and he has been picked in the mid-to-late first round in many mock drafts.
Teams that he has been mocked to include the Miami Dolphins, Arizona Cardinals, and Los Angeles Rams, and more could pop up as we get closer to the 2024 NFL Draft.
After the NFL Combine came and went, Ryan Roberts of College Sports Wire composed another mock draft. Latu was once again selected to go to the Miami Dolphins at No. 21 overall. Here’s what Roberts wrote:
Before the season, the edge was unlikely to be a need for the Dolphins this off-season. Unfortunately, injuries to Jaelan Phillips and Bradley Chubb have changed that equation. Latu, talent-wise, is a steal in this spot. He adds immediate pass-rushing help.
There are some swirling rumors around the medicals for Latu, but nothing has been verified. Time will tell the full story.
Whichever team Latu ends up with, they will get a bonafide starter from Day One.
