Rams plan to sign TE Colby Parkinson to 3-year, $22.5M contract

The Rams plan to sign Colby Parkinson to a 3-year deal worth $22.5 million, landing the former Seahawks tight end

With Tyler Higbee rehabbing a torn ACL and MCL suffered in the playoffs, the Los Angeles Rams are reinforcing the tight end position. According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the Rams plan to sign tight end Colby Parkinson to a three-year deal worth $22.5 million.

The contract comes with $15.5 million guaranteed, bringing Parkinson back home to California where he was born and raised. In four seasons with the Seahawks, Parkinson caught 57 passes for 618 yards and four touchdowns, with most of that production coming in the last two seasons alone.

Parkinson, 25, now joins Higbee, Davis Allen and Hunter Long as the tight ends under contract for the 2024 season.
