For two long, long days, it seemed that the public would be deprived of the biggest star of the Oscars at Sunday’s 96th Academy Awards. Reports broke on March 8 that Messi the dog, better known as Snoop in Anatomy of a Fall, would not be allowed to attend after complaints from other studios.

Messi was not only instrumental in the actual plot of Anatomy of a Fall, he perfectly acted in several scenes.
At the Oscar luncheon, stars like Emma Stone were elated to meet the furry supporting actor, so it’s fantastic news that he is, in fact, seated for the Oscars ceremony.
