How concerned should we be by the Boston Celtics’ struggles late in close games this season? While those struggles have been few and far between, when they happen, it’s very hard not to see it coming apart at the seams.
Why a team that can play so well occasionally has such odd meltdowns is the million-dollar question for the Celtics, and they could be very close to having an answer to it. But in the meantime, fans of the team will continue to bite their nails every time the wheels appear to be falling off in Boston’s rare losses. The other side of that coin is that the Celtics went nearly a dozen game since the last such flop.
