On Thursday, Washington Huskies tackle Roger Rosengarten announced that he will be joining Excel Sports Management, which was ranked by Forbes as the No. 4 most valuable sports agency in 2022.
With his signature, Rosengarten joins the ranks of over 60 Excel clients that include Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp, Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff, and Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert.
After announcing his intentions to enter the NFL draft in January, Rosengarten has been one of the biggest risers in what is considered the strongest offensive line class in recent memory and could hear his name called as early as the second round. With his impressive film as quarterback Michael Penix Jr.’s blindside protector over the last two seasons and ability to play either tackle position, he could continue to move up draft boards.
“In the passing game, Rosengarten displays good quickness out of his stance and has excellent punch timing and placement to shock the pass rusher,” The Draft Network’s Brentley Weissman said. “He has excellent foot quickness and coordination to get depth in his pass sets and mirror in pass protection against dynamic rushers. He flashes good hand strength to control and latch onto the defender when connected and once he connects, oftentimes the rep is over.”

While Rosengarten’s stock probably won’t reach the level of the first round in this particular draft class, this weekend’s NFL combine will give the former four-star recruit from Valor Christian High School another opportunity to prove himself in front of scouts.
