The North Carolina Tar Heels will likely get a key player back for their rotation on Tuesday night.
Prior to UNC’s road game at Syracuse, sophomore guard Seth Trimble was back in uniform and warming up for the Tar Heels. Trimble had previously missed the past two games against Clemson and Miami with an ‘upper-body’ injury as Hubert Davis explained. Prior to those games, he did not warmup with the team.
But with under an hour until tip-off, it does appear as if Trimble will be able to play with him going through warmups. Although it’s unknown how many minutes he will get.

Trimble has been a key player off the bench for the Tar Heels in their rotation, allowing them to give RJ Davis, Cormac Ryan and Elliot Cadeau a rest in stretches of the game. While Trimble’s defense has been a big positive, his offense has also been up this year as well.
He’s averaging 5.6 points and 2.3 rebounds per game while shooting 45.7 percent from the floor.
