After a rough road loss to Auburn, Alabama bounces back with a win over LSU in Baton Rouge. The final score was 109-92, but it does not tell the full story.
The first half was relatively close, with over a dozen lead changes before the teams came back out for the second 20 minutes. The Crimson Tide pulled away in the second half, leading by as many as 11, but the Tigers came back.
After a brief time with the lead, LSU lost it and the wheels fell off.
The Tide had five players score 15 or more points, with Mark Sears scoring 23 and Latrell Wrightsell scoring 21.
Alabama now has a record 9-2 in the SEC and 17-7 overall. The team’s next game will be against Texas A&M at home.
