The G League’s OKC Blue collected a 118-110 win over the Ontario Clippers on Thursday. The road win improves the Blue to 9-9.
The Blue built a 32-24 lead following the first quarter. It was much of the same in the second frame; OKC entered halftime with a 59-52 advantage. A 38-point third quarter by the Clippers cut their deficit to one point, 91-90.
Both teams exchanged punches and were tied at 94 with a little less than 10 minutes left in regulation. The Blue proceeded to go on a 16-2 run to build a 110-96 lead with a little over four minutes left. The decisive run helped the Blue come out with the road victory.
The Blue shot 49% from the field and went 17-of-30 (56.7%) from 3. They collected 26 assists on 41 baskets. Four Blue players scored 20-plus points.
The hot outside shooting helped make up an 18-shot disadvantage the Blue had against the Clippers, who forced 15 turnovers from OKC.
Meanwhile, the Clippers shot 40% from the field and went 10-of-38 (26.3%) from 3. Six Clippers players scored double-digit points.

- Keyontae Johnson: 24 points on 11-of-20 shooting, 1-of-4 from 3, five rebounds
- Jaden Shackelford: 23 points on 7-of-14 shooting, 7-of-11 from 3, seven assists, five rebounds
- Adam Flagler: 22 points on 7-of-11 shooting, 6-of-8 from 3, three assists, three rebounds
- Jahmi’us Ramsey: 20 points on 6-of-12 shooting, seven assists, five rebounds
- Kobe Brown: 22 points on 9-of-18 shooting, 1-of-5 from 3, seven rebounds, two assists, two steals
- Moussa Diabate: 17 points on 6-of-10 shooting, 11 rebounds, three blocks, two assists
- Xavier Moon: 15 points on 6-of-16 shooting, 1-of-6 from 3, seven assists, five rebounds, three steals, two blocks
- Joshua Primo: 10 points on 3-of-9 shooting, 1-of-4 from 3, four rebounds
