It’s February and spring ball is still a month away, which is to say we know very little about what the Michigan football team will look like come fall — but that doesn’t mean we can’t take an early look at what could be.
The on-field personnel could drastically change (for better or worse) via the transfer portal once spring ball has concluded, and that isn’t unique to the Wolverines. Once the season arrives, teams that are expected to not be very good could be excellent and vice versa — it’s part of college football.
Regardless, we’re taking an early look at the upcoming schedule and giving a too-early prediction of how each game will go in the first year of the Sherrone Moore era. With big games like Texas, USC, and Oregon coming to The Big House and a giant road game at Ohio State, here is how we anticipate the season will go at this juncture, sight unseen.
