Eagles’ WR A.J. Brown addresses recent trade rumors, scrub of his Instagram account

Philadelphia Eagles All-Pro wide receiver A.J. Brown says he’s trying to grow as a person NFL amid trade rumors

A.J. Brown just completed his second season with the Eagles, and all the former Ole Miss star has done is rack up two All-Pro selections and set a franchise record for receptions by a receiver and the most receiving yards in two years (2,952).

That still hasn’t stopped some in the media from suggesting Brown could be traded this offseason, even going as far as to predict hypothetical deals.

During an appearance on Up & Adams, host Kay Adams asked Brown about the recent rumors and speculation, and the wide receiver addressed the situation with zen and leverage.

Brown (knee) finished the 2023 regular season with 106 catches on 158 targets for 1,456 yards and seven touchdowns.

He played in all 17 regular-season games but missed the 32-9 wild-card round loss to the Buccaneers due to a knee injury.

This season, Brown surpassed his previous career high of 88 catches and had a streak of six consecutive games with at least 127 yards.
