Nebraska head coach Matt Rhule recently met with the top-ranked athlete in the state of Texas. Michael Terry III is a four-star recruit for Alamo Heights High School out of San Antonio, Texas.
Terry has been a popular recruit in the Lone Star State, despite only playing in three games last season. He holds 18 scholarship offers, including in-state schools Texas and Texas A&M.
The prospect has had multiple positions throughout his prep career, including wide receiver, running back, and quarterback. Terry also met with wide receiver coach Garret McGuire so it’s possible that Nebraska is recruiting the Texan as a receiver.
Thanks @GarretMcGuire @CoachMattRhule for a great conversation and looking forward to seeing @HuskerFootball @CoachEJbarthel @Coach_Knighton @HuskerCoachTW @Omeezi_ @s_kwilli32 @MikeRoach247 @adamgorney #GBR #Husker #blessed https://t.co/P0WL35OC5c pic.twitter.com/L2D3mrjeE3
