The Boston Celtics kept their historic home winning streak alive by blowing out the lowly San Antonio Spurs 117-98 at TD Garden on Wednesday night, with the bench mob getting plenty of run late in the second half due to the Celtics’ starters and primary reserves putting the game out of reach for San Antonio in the first half.

Even so, there were shaky moments for Boston in the tilt’s third quarter, a recurring problem for this ball club. But if that is the worst criticism one can bring to bear in the victory, one can also point to the first opportunity of rookie wing Jordan Walsh to get on the floor for the Celtics as a success.

NBC Sports Boston’s Eddie House and Brian Scalabrine joined Amina Smith after the win to talk about what they saw in the contest vs. Victor Wembanyama and the Spurs.
