Patrick Mahomes is great at no-look throws, but there’s no one better than Matthew Stafford – one of the original artists of that fancy, hard-to-copy throw.
It didn’t take Stafford long to rip one of his patented no-lookers against the Lions on Sunday night, uncorking one on the Rams’ opening drive. He had a defender with a free run bearing down on him, but he calmly dropped his elbow and zipped a sidearm, no-look bullet to Davis Allen for 6 yards.
It was a beautiful throw that NFL fans understandably loved because, well, there aren’t many people on the planet who can make this throw.
