Dolphins Tua Tagovailoa hits Tyreek Hill for first playoff TD vs. Chiefs

The Cheetah scores against his former team.

The Miami Dolphins entered the second quarter against the Kansas City Chiefs down 7-0, and Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker extended the lead to 10-0.

When Miami got the ball back, they knew they needed to start scoring and doing so fast. Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa hit wide receiver Tyreek Hill for a nine-yard gain on the first play, and then hit him again for a 53-yard score on the second.

This was Tagovailoa’s first career playoff touchdown, and, of course, he had to get his favorite target a touchdown against his former team. They’ll need more of those if they want to upset Kansas City.
