The end of the regular season brings individual awards and recognition for jobs well done. And while there’s certainly competition across every position group of the league, the NFLPA’s choices for their All-Pro team left two of the Cowboys’ best players out in the cold.

Meanwhile Dallas looks to have developed some much needed depth in a crucial position group, and right in time for the games that matter most. Attrition rate is something head coach Mike McCarthy talked about in training camp and that focus is now paying dividends. Staying on the topic of coaches, Dallas will once again have to sweat out the possibility another team snatches up Dan Quinn.
