PHILADELPHIA — Before the Philadelphia 76ers took on the Utah Jazz at home on Saturday night, there was some housecleaning to take care of in terms of the injuries surrounding the team at the moment.
The Sixers have been terrific to begin the 2023-24 season as they have been one of the top teams in the Eastern Conference. Despite guys being in and out of the lineup, coach Nick Nurse has been able to get the most out of everybody on a nightly basis and has been able to implement a lot of interesting schemes at a quick rate as Philadelphia moves forward.
With that being said, the Sixers are dealing with injuries to their main pieces as Philadelphia heads into the Jazz matchup and Nurse has updates on those players.
