Here are your Nets player grades following Friday’s 110-104 loss to the Washington Wizards.

The Brooklyn Nets visited Capital One Arena on Friday to face the Washington Wizards for the third time this season and lost 110-104.

For the Nets, Mikal Bridges had 19 points and five rebounds and Spencer Dinwiddie had 17 points, eight rebounds, and six assists. Cam Johnson had 16 points and Cam Thomas had 15 points off the bench.

For the Wizards, Kyle Kuzma had 26 points and eight rebounds while Deni Avdija had 21 points, 13 rebounds, and six assists. Corey Kispert had 15 points off the bench and Tyus Jones had 12 points.

In the first half, it was a back-and-forth affair as the Wizards were able to keep up with the Nets offensively thanks to some great shooting from Kyle Kuzma and Deni Avdija. Somehow, the Nets were still in this game despite shooting 26.7% from behind the three-point line and 53.8% from the free-throw line.

In the second half, it remained a back-and-forth kind of game throughout the third quarter as neither team could pull away from the other because of neither team playing much defense. In the fourth quarter, things turned on its head as the Nets collapsed down the stretch of the period and missed 12 of their last 13 shots in seemingly embarrassing fashion.
