Dolphins rule out RG Robert Hunt vs. Cowboys

He’ll miss his fifth game of the year.

The Miami Dolphins offensive line has been completely decimated this year.

Left guard Isaiah Wynn and center Connor Williams are both on injured reserve. Left tackle Terron Armstead and right tackle Austin Jackson have been at least limited in practice this week.

And, ahead of the team’s Week 16 battle with the Dallas Cowboys, head coach Mike McDaniel announced that Robert Hunt has been ruled out.

Hunt originally suffered an injury against the New England Patriots in Week 8. He missed Weeks 9 and 11 against the Kansas City Chiefs and Las Vegas Raiders before returning for the next two against the New York Jets and Washington Commanders.

After re-aggravating the injury against Washington, he’s missed Miami’s last two contests against the Tennessee Titans and Dallas Cowboys.

With Liam Eichenberg back at center, it will likely be Robert Jones and Lester Cotton manning the guard spots.
