Former Vol and rookie Byron Young started at outside linebacker for the Rams. He totaled one tackle against the Saints.
He has recorded 56 tackles and six sacks during his rookie season for Los Angeles.
Young played at Tennessee from 2021-22 under head coach Josh Heupel after transferring from Georgia Military College. The former Vol was an All-SEC standout in 2022.
Young was selected by the Rams in the third round of the 2023 NFL draft (No. 77 overall).
Los Angeles will next play on Dec. 31 against the Giants at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Kickoff between the Rams and Giants is slated for 1 p.m. EST.
